Lori A. Vincent is the owner of Vincent Insurance Services. As a licensed agent in California, she has over a decade of experience in various plans, including health, Medicare supplemental and HMO, life, disability, dental and other ancillary plans to individuals, employer groups and seniors.
Ms. Vincent's work history started in the banking and securities industries. Since entering the insurance field, she has provided exceptional customer service, while conscientiously attending to the numerous details of client accounts and her employers' requirements.
Ms. Vincent's career has given her the opportunity to perform a wide range of duties. As a sales and marketing representative for a carrier, she promoted sales of ancillary products to several hundred brokers, providing quotes, assistance with pre-underwriting and speaking at enrollment meetings. Ms. Vincent also participated in the design of new products and brochures for the carrier, and she spoke at conventions and seminars.
As Assistant Vice President, Marketing, at a brokerage and third party administrator, she provided sales support to her employer for large groups (i.e. school districts and hospitals). Her responsibilities included proposals and presentations, the design of self-insured plans, rate negotiations and direct support for the implementation of new plans to Risk Management and HR directors. Ms. Vincent was also account manager and contact for small employer groups and individual clients.
Ms. Vincent has been offering her expertise and outstanding client service through her own agency, Vincent Insurance Services, since 2003. She specializes in providing a wide array of insurance plans to individuals, as well as cost-containing employee benefit packages to employers. She is licensed with all major insurance carriers and constantly takes continuing education courses to keep apprised of new plans, laws and products in the industry.
 Concerned with her community, Ms. Vincent has volunteered with Families Costa Mesa, Costa Mesa Senior Meals Program, Costa Mesa Senior Center, Mercy House and Volunteer Center of Orange County. She is an active sponsor of Boys & Girls Club, cancer, heart and Alzheimer's research organizations. She is active in global poverty issues as well, including Women for Women International, Unicef as well as C.A.R.E.
